General Roofing Systems Canada (GRS) today announced a shingle sale for homeowners wishing to re-roof during the off-season. Homeowners that wish to save on shingle replacement can now do so by ordering in advance and having their re-roof done in the off-season (January 1, 2013 - March 31, 2013).
General Roofing Systems Canada (GRS) has an annual shingle sale for the slower season to keep our shingle crews working steady. So it is a win - win for us the roofing contractors, our shinglers, and our residential customers.
Our customers save significantly. Most residences save between 1,000.00 and 4,000.00 and more if siding, soffit, fascia, or gutters are done! Our roofers do not have to do seasonal side work or consider seasonal unemployment, and our office staff stay busy all year round!

Terms and Conditions of Annual GRS Shingle Sale
1. Customers must place / execute orders in advance by way of executed terms and conditions of a standard GRS Work Order prior to the end of November 31, 2012. Shingle sale is first come first serve and when orders are filled the sale stops (see point 5 below).
2. Customer must choose from one of the following shingle types (color and shingle model availability can be different or limited in different geographical areas);

3. Add-on(s) and Substitute(s). Customers can add on gutters, siding, fascia, and soffit or substitute for shakes, metal shingles, rubber tile, concrete tile and many other exterior renovation jobs and receive the same discounts.
4. GRS Controls Installation Schedule in Accordance to Specifications and Weather. The Project Management staff at GRS need to be able to control scheduling under this arrangement and install at their discretion between Jan 1, 2013 and March 31, 2013. In other words, Project Management will look for days in the weather that are suitable to the application of the shingles only (or suitable for other materials in the work order). In some instances, this may only be a day at a time so your roof may take a number of days and the replacement shingle crew may have to come and leave a number of times. Shingle and other material warranty and manufacturer specifications only allow shingles to be installed at specific temperatures.
5. Shingle Sale Limitations. Unfortunately, we can only confidently book one hundred homes to be re-shingled during this time period so we have to reserve the number of homes that can qualify for this sale to one hundred homes. When all one hundred homes have pre-ordered the annual shingle sale is finished for the year.
6. Roof Assessment and Quotation. Sale pricing is in effect for quotations processed between September 1, 2012 and October 31, 2012 only.
